I have been discussing this project for 3 years with Region 1 TDOT pavement management supervisor Randy Busler. Contract hasen't even gone up for bid yet. Repave will take place sometime in 2024, won't know exact date until contract is assigned.
The road will not be closed, they will manage traffic and make it 1-lane alternating as needed. Project will probably take 6-8 weeks.
